This box folds together entirely from score lines — no glue, no tape, just a locking base that holds itself shut.
Supply List
- One 12" × 12" sheet of sturdy cardstock
- Scoring tool or bone folder
- Trimmer
Cutting & Scoring
Cut your 12" × 12" sheet down to 9" × 9". Score all four sides at 1.5", 3", and again at 4.5" from center, then score the corner flaps diagonally.
Steps
- Score the sheet as above, then crease every line firmly.
- Cut along the short diagonal lines at each corner, stopping at the first score line.
- Fold the four main sides up to form the box walls.
- Fold the corner flaps in and tuck them behind the adjacent wall — the diagonal cuts let them lock into place without adhesive.
- Add a strip of washi tape or a stamped tag on the lid for a finishing touch.
Fits four standard bakery cookies with a little room to spare, or a handful of wrapped candies.
